Hi, softwareman,
Please check whether you’ve added the admin account to CSAdministrator, RTCUniversalServerAdmins
and RTCUniversalGlobalReadOnlyGroup.
And there’s a
deployment guide for reference. Hope that helps.

Did you ever move forward? If this is an edge server, then domain membership is getting in the way. Otherwise, see the advice above.

Thanks for your answer. I am sorry. I forgot to reply it. It took my long time. This program has complicated hardware and sofware requirement and it has very complicated installition steps. I gave up this software. I use very simple and very useful another
software.

I had this same problem while i was trying to install a edge server.
What i forgot was to create the edge server in the topology in the first place. and then run export-csconfiguration -filename C:\export.zip again and use this file for the edge installation.
hope this helps somebody to.

Hello, one question,
YOu stated "Please check whether youve added the admin account to
" - the question is, what is the Admin Account? - the one I'm using to login the Server?
Thanks
J
